‘The Piano Of Miracles’ Narrated By Park Yuchun To Be Screened At ‘Korean Movie Selection 2016 Autumn’ In Japan

Three movies which have gained a fair amount of recognition in Korea after the release are scheduled to be screened at Cinemart Shinjuku and Cinemart Shinsaibashi as「Korean Movie Selection 2016 AUTUMN」on the Oct 22 (Sat).

One of them is a moving documentary,「The Piano of Miracles」narrated by Yuchun without being paid. Park Yuchun from JYJ was so touched by the girl, who is the main character of the movie, that he accepted the work without any condition.

It was a completely paralyzed father and a mother operating a social welfare facility who raised Ye Eun. She was thought to be a blind piano prodigy since she was found playing the piano by herself at the age of three even though she had never played it before. But she was not actually a prodigy. She had the confidence to enter piano competitions but failed again and again. After she lost self-confidence and quit playing a piano, her parents asked for professional help to encourage her. With that help, she tried to enter a contest again and finally won the prize. She was very pleased with her achievement in overcoming her physical disability and prejudice. Park Yuchun has NGs, tearing up for 4 hours during the recording of ‘The Miracle Piano’ narration

‘I’m sorry but I need to take a little break. There is warmth rising up again and again in the pit of my stomach. I don’t know why this is happening.’

An official for the recording studio said, “Originally we were expecting it to take about 30 minutes but there was a lot of NGs in the process of Park Yuchun-ssi adjusting his tone and controlling his emotions welling up. My work took over 4 hours,” and, “He is a Hallyu star who overwhelms the atmosphere onstage, but he is an immensely modest and pure young man when recording”.

Park Yuchun saw Yoo Ye-eun, who became a middle-school student while it was post-production, on the screen; and felt swept up in his emotions for a while. He was surprised, saying, “Yoo Ye-eun has grown up big like that already?” and when there is an image where she contests to participate in a competition and lose her eyesight, he was moved to suppressed tears watching with a bright, open-minded, innocent expression more than anyone else.

It is said that JYJ fans sold out the movie threater early and the 11th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival officials ascertained whether it was an electronic error or not at the time.

The film ‘The Miracle Piano’ will be opening on September 4.

The scene where Park Yuchun volunteered his narration ability in ‘The Miracle Piano’ revealed

Singer and actor Park Yuchun set out to volunteer his narration talent.

On August 11, the film ‘The Miracle Piano”s distributor Lotte Entertainment revealed the narration scene where Park Yuchun conducted volunteering his talent.

Park Yuchun –who received Daejong’s Newcomer Award with the movie ‘Sea Fog’ in 2014 and raised himself as a movie actor– provided his natural voice with an unaffected image in these scenes. Wearing a baseball cap backwards comfortably, he smoothly conveyed the circumstances objectively in the film with his unique, baritone, appealing, deep voice; and doubled the degree of focus of the film.

Also he recorded repeatedly checking his narration carefully to fit in the film; and showed affection toward the film by recording actively at the scene enough to engage in volunteering his talent, to heighten the perfection.

In this film, Park Yuchun’s narration covers the whole film enough to be called the 3rd main lead and there is the prospect of his voice capturing audiences’ hearts with a different point of ‘The Miracle Piano’ to watch for.

‘The Miracle Piano’ narrated by Park Yuchun confirms its opening in September

The opening time of the movie ‘The Miracle Piano’ that group JYJ member and actor Park Yuchun undertook the narration has been decided.

According to distributor Lotte Entertainment on August 6, ‘The Miracle Piano’ has confirmed its opening in September and released a teaser poster. Although it is named after a genius pianist, the movie depicts the story of a miracle created –by Yoo Ye-eun, a visually-impaired girl who is afraid of the world and yet still plays the piano, together with her family– for a dream.

The released teaser poster has Yoo Ye-eun’s dream, a piano in its entirety and an image of a musical score delicately shown; and is eye-catching. The color sensitivity of the teaser poster is radiant and warm like sunlight and conjures up a message of hope that is presented by Yoo Ye-eun and her family in the movie. It is a moving copy of their heart that says ’my miracle started from everyone’s love’ and will cause and create anticipation in heralding the best piece of work displaying sympathy and stirring experience in South Korea the coming autumn.

Releasing a teaser poster with untouched, warm feelings, the movie ‘The Miracle Piano’ has its opening in September up ahead.

Park Yuchun doing no-guarantee narration for a visually-impaired piano child prodigy

According to multiple film industry representatives on July 22, Park Yuchun –who is in the middle of being active as JYJ’s member and actor– is undertaking the narration for documentary film ‘Miracle Piano’ that will be released up ahead in September. He is attracting attention over opting to participate in the narration work and not accepting a fee for his voice appearance at all.

‘Miracle Piano’ is a documentary that portrays Miss Ye-eun and her family’s story after she appeared on ‘Star King’. It provides all of Miss Yoo Ye-eun’s family’s tale that didn’t get told by the broadcast. It is said that Park Yuchun was touched by Miss Ye-eun and family’s tale and decided on the no-guarantee narration.

A C-JeS representative informed Joy News24 that, “It’s right that Park Yuchun didn’t accept a guarantee and is in the middle of participating in the narration for ‘Miracle Piano’,” and, “We know he received several proposals and readily made up his mind on the said work for a good purpose”.

JYJ3 Note: Yoo Ye-eun is the same little girl who had appeared on SBS’s ‘Kim Jung-eun’s Chocolate’ in 2008; and in the very same broadcast, the original-5-member TVXQ –with Yuchun, as well as, Jaejoong and Junsu– appeared too.

There were footages of them visiting Ye-eun’s home and eating with her; and also, they sang with and to her.
