Ms. A –who was the first to accuse singer-and-actor Park Yuchun under the allegation of sexual assault– will be presented to the courts this coming [September] 22nd.
According to a legal professional, the hearing for Ms. A, Ms. A’s male cousin Mr. B, and Ms. A’s boyfriend Mr. C will be held at the Seoul Central District Court at 11:20 am on the coming [September] 22nd.
The police found threatening circumstances, from when Ms. A –accompanied by Mr. B and Mr. C– demanded hundreds of millions of KRW from Park Yuchun, during the process of their investigation. Approximately 1 hundred million KRW between Park Yuchun and Ms. A & gang was apprehended from this but is suspected for attempted extortion, not extortion since they could not discover concrete (physical) evidence.
