A marine tragedy produced and co-written by Bong Joon-ho, whose personality (black humor, pessimistic and cynical view of humanity) infuses the image, Sea Fog makes an extremely disturbing observation of the Korean soul, by examining the repressed impulses of the unsavory male protagonists with a chilling violence and a thick suspense.
