MBN “Browsing an album”: Park Yuchun’s first solo album reborn into a vintage wallet

Group JYJ Park Yuchun’s wallet unveiled.
The past 18th, Park Yuchun released his solo album ‘How Much Love Do You Have In Your Wallet’ for the first time since debuting. Park Yuchun –who is currently doing his public service– included ‘Until the Last Album..’ and ‘Walking With Her in Spring’; songs that he was involved with personally writing and composing in having worked on in his spare time before enlisting.

◇ A Park Yuchun-grade wallet, not an album jacket
Park Yuchun’s album ‘How Much Love Do You Have In Your Wallet’ is conforming to the general album jacket standard. Opening the clear wrapper that has fastened it, a single wallet unfolds before your eyes. It is a design that fits perfectly with the album title.
The white CD on the right stuck in and the wallet’s cardholders on the left are eye-catching. Out of the photocards the size of real cards in it, there are Park Yuchun’s photos made of materials. As there is space to put a bill in the wallet, Park Yuchun perfected the model of a wallet immaculately by putting a collection of lyrics instead of a bill.

◇ Materials making use of vintage and writing style
This album is made of paper that gives the impression of recycled paper, as it were. The texture of the material paper is completed with felt material. Just emphasizing its simpleness there is no special design. On the lyrics paper, there are many lyrics with photos of flowers and an alley.
The phrase ‘How Much Love Do You Have In Your Wallet’ in a font that is reminiscent of handwriting, is read and this makes use of the sense of vintage and style mixed with recycled paper.

◇ Put his own song instead of a Thanks To
There are not a lot of photos like general idols’ albums. There are only a total of 6 sheets incorporated in photocards. However, it became the utmost gift to fans who are wonder about Park Yuchun’s image, after his military enlistment.
There is no Thanks To but ‘Until the Last Album..’, personally written by Park Yuchun, is firmly conveying the part of the Thanks To. From his thankful heart toward fans silently staying by his side during the interim to the honest thoughts toward the time they’ll shared being together in the future, it seems his lyrics gets deeper and closer to fans.
